STREAM SUPPORT

If you are not seeing the stream when you push play on the embedded player in the middle of the screen, please try some of these basic troubleshooting options listed below:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection

While this sounds as simple as browsing to website to see if it pulls up this may actually give you a false positive because of the way modern browsers cache images and website page data. To be sure your internet is actually up and you are not seeing a cached version of a website page you have already been to click here and this website will tell you for sure if you internet service is actually up. If you do not see it then most likely you have a local internet outage and need to call your ISP or check your local connections.

  2. Try Multiple Browsers

If you are not seeing the stream, but you have verified your internet is up, try a different browser. Most computers have one or more of the following browsers available on your computer.
    Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox

  3. Is the Stream Dropping?

You maybe seeing the stream for a second or a bit longer and then the connection is dropped after a small amount of time. If this is the case it may be a broadband issue. You can go to this website and it will check how fast your internet is actually downloading. If the download speed is to slow then often times you will have problems with buffering or the stream dropping all together. This can happen if you are viewing on a mobile device that is connect to 3G and under or a very slow wireless internet connection. We recommend a connection of at least 500kbs a second minimum.
